the framing is underway on the newest design at lot 139 halona lane, indigo park. royal indigo construction is doing a fantastic job with the design and so far the framing is flawless. one thing is for certain, the views at indigo park on kiawah island can’t be beat. the picture above shows us standing in the location of the master suite windows and door that will open up into a cantilevered private balcony. our intention is to create a master suite that feels like a retreat up in the air. the treetops and views of the marsh will surround the balcony. this should be an exciting addition to the dyal compass portfolio of LEED platinum homes.
