breaking ground : indigo park marsh front home

we recently broke ground on another new home at indigo park – kiawah island, sc. this home design is a followup to the hgtv dream home and will focus on an efficiency of living with sustainable building methods. this home will be comprised of 5 bedrooms + 5 1/2 baths at approximately 3,600 heated square feet. this is the second home we currently have under construction that is pending LEED platinum certification for sustainable building and design.
