These 16 homes are all pending LEED Platinum certification and are located in the heart of Kiawah Island SC. Designed by co-founder Robbie Lesslie of cumulus architecture + design while working at Chris Rose Architects, these homes are highly efficient and show a relentless attention to detail. Two of the model homes are available for tour this weekend for Earth Day 2012.
